Do you want to return something?

No problem!

     You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different product  within 14 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do is fill in the returns form supplied with your order and post it back to us.

     If you are missing the returns form you can download a new one by clicking HERE.
     Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

     The products you return must be in new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

     Next you need to:

1.Get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving your order at contact@bumbagr.com or by phone: (+40) 0720 649 574 ;
2.Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition;
3.Send your return to the sender’s address, along with the ReturnForm:

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

     BumbagR.com accept returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received by you, and you got in touch with us within 2 days. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
     For International customers if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it, we will refund your postage costs after receiving the item.
     The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof in case there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.
     If you want a different item, then you’ll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
     We aim is to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 14 working days. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.
     If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be issued a refund instead.
     If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 14 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that we can investigate this for you.
Please be assured that we will endeavour to process all exchanges as quickly as possible but at busy periods it may take a little longer.
